Our year in review – 2021
2021 was an incredibly busy year for Bowers & Wilkins, with major product launches, exciting collaborations, and highly rewarding partnerships.
The biggest product launch of 2021 was undoubtedly the 800 Series Diamond. After years of intensive research and development, our engineers evolved our flagship loudspeaker range, creating the world’s most advanced loudspeaker range… again.
If that wasn’t enough, we also launched a new Zeppelin Wireless Speaker, offering best-in-class sound and all the features and services you could want. If music on the move is more your thing, then our two pairs of True Wireless headphones will keep you entertained with hi-res sound wherever you find yourself.
And who knows, you may have been lucky enough to have driven there in the new BMW iX or McLaren Artura, both of which feature outstanding Bowers & Wilkins audio systems. Plus, the latest sets from Philips TV have enhanced sound, thanks again to Bowers & Wilkins.
We also proudly sponsored Record Store Day and the 2021 Hyundai Mercury Prize, which was won by the exceptional Arlo Parks. And of course, we were obviously incredibly excited to spend time talking creativity with music icons such as Nile Rodgers, Little Simz, and the engineers at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in our new documentary film How We Make.
